Natural events such as storms, lightning strikes and heavy rainfall with associated flooding are occurring more and more frequently. This can lead to power outages, gas or water interruptions. In the event of an incident, the Incident Management App - a digital, cloud-based platform from Axpo - enables a simple and structured response. From raising the alarm and exchanging information for troubleshooting - all this is done transparently via the app in just a few steps. Each fault indication contains all relevant contact and infrastructure data, images and checklists. The app navigates the service employee to the fault.

The Inicident Management App also provides a status overview of all faults. This allows the control centre to prioritise incoming faults and give instructions to the service technicians. The app coordinates communication between the control centre, service technicians and expert support. This not only shortens the repair time, but also improves the flow of information between the people involved, thereby increasing customer satisfaction.
