Press release Powertage Powertage 2024

Powertage: the platform for the Swiss electricity industry is celebrating its 20th anniversary in June 2024

The Powertage will bring together experts and decision-makers from the Swiss electricity industry from 4–6 June 2024 at Messe Zürich. The three-day event will shed light on the urgent challenges faced in the transformation of energy systems and highlight specific measures.

The 20th anniversary of the industry meeting place is also sure to have a few surprises in store for you.

This June, the Powertage in Zurich will unite leading providers from the Swiss electricity industry as well as innovative startups from the energy scene with decision-makers from the fields of energy supply, large-scale consumers, industry, authorities and politics. The common theme of Powertage 2024 is the transformation of the Swiss energy system and the major, pressing challenges associated with it. The industry get-together offers the important opportunity to transfer knowledge and promotes personal exchanges. 150 exhibitors, 30 other partner companies and around 2,200 trade visitors are expected to attend the event. The Associations of Swiss Electrical Companies (Verbände Schweizerischer Elektrizitätsunternehmen (VSE)), Electrosuisse, as well as the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (Bundesamt für Energie (BFE)) and Swissmig once again have a strong presence as our partners.
