2001 - 2026: 25 Years of eweco
From an engineering service provider to an established manufacturer of meter plug-in terminals. The one-man operation has become a team - eweco celebrates 25 years of company history.
25 years ago, Daniel Greiner founded eweco gmbh. At that time, the focus was on consulting and engineering services in the field of electronics, particularly in the areas of value engineering, procurement, and supply chain management.
With the arrival of Stephan Meister in 2009, the expertise was expanded to include the mechanical sector. In the following years, eweco supported numerous Swiss industrial companies in optimizing products, cost structures, and supply chains. This includes projects for companies such as Mettler Toledo, Belimo, Honeywell, Sensirion, Baumer, Griesser, Thermoplan, u-blox, and many others.
A new chapter in the company's history began in 2019: The entry into the development and distribution of meter plug-in terminals. Today, eweco is one of the established manufacturers in Switzerland and supports energy suppliers and installation companies in the safe and efficient implementation of smart meter rollouts.
The one-man operation of 2001 has become a team. Together, we develop solutions and actively help shape the future of energy supply.
