6 Steps to Your Success – Your schedule
Step 1: Introduction (March 08, 2022)
In this first step, you will get all the appointments bundled into an overview, as well as the most important information about the process of obtaining the booth layouts and ordering the services and amenities. Do you have interesting partners or would you like to present an innovation live at the Powertage? Then register your partners as co-exhibitors and book a timeslot at the Speakers’ Corner.
Step 2: Services, Amenities & Scan2Lead (March 15, 2022)
You will receive information about your booth layout from our partner SYMA at the end of March, which will allow you to further customize your booth. You can order all services and further amenities using our web form. In addition, you will find all the setup and dismantling times here, as well as the explanation of our logistics process. You can also order licenses for the Lead Management Scan2Lead through our order form. Now is also the right time to book additional advertising opportunities.
Step 3: Visitor Marketing, Speakers’ Corner & Advertising (March 28, 2022)
Finally, it's here: the Exhibitor Service Portal. Use the portal to register your booth staff and redeem your quota of fee-based guest passes. Secure a seat in the coveted Speakers’ Corner. Now is also the right time to book additional advertising opportunities. In addition, the list of exhibitors and hall plans will be published.
Step 4: Latest Information on the Organization (April 25, 2022)
This step will provide you with the latest information, such as access to Wi-Fi, use of network zones, as well as parking, logistics and opening hours. We will also inform you once again about the registration of your booth staff.
Step 5: Events & Highlights (May 9, 2022)
In addition to the exhibition, the Powertage offer many interesting program points and highlights. This step will give you an overview of the diverse forum program, the activities at the xplor Starup Village, and the planned presentations at the Speakers’ Corner.
Step 6: After the Powertage (June 20, 2022)
The power days are over. This step will provide you with a review, the final report and information on how to use the visit reports.
The exhibition halls are taking shape
The first placement proposals were sent out in February. If you have recently decided to participate, you will receive the placement within one working week. Please note that the placement is legally valid unless you contact us within 4 working days.
You will receive the detailed layout of your stand and the order forms for additional furniture and other customization options from our stand builder SYMA System AG by the end of March 2022. Please note that the stand packages already include some services that you do not need to order extra.
Present your new innovations in the Speakers’ Corner
We are now offering you the opportunity to present your new product or service at the fully equipped Speakers’ Corner in the middle of the lively xplor Startup Village. This offers a great opportunity to present your innovation to a broad professional audience, and in dialogue with leading experts from the Swiss electricity industry.
Innovation Pitch: 2 exhibitors and 1–2 startups present their new products one after the other.
- Length of presentation per person: max. 5 min, followed by Q&A
- Total length: max. 20 min
Price for exhibitors CHF 500
Products & Solutions: 2 exhibitors present their new products one after the other.

Community Booth Cyber Security
When it comes to critical infrastructures in power supply, cyber security is clearly in the spotlight at the moment. This topic will be presented for the first time in a concentrated manner in a centrally located zone. The exhibition area provides an entry-level offer for companies that have products and services concerning this topic in their portfolio.

Safety concept for the Powertage
The Swiss-wide measures against the COVID pandemic have largely been lifted. Among other things, there are no more access restrictions and authorization requirements for major events.
We are in constant contact with the authorities and will develop a safety concept for the Powertage depending on the requirements and the situation of the pandemic.
