Digitalization in the Energy Sector: Global Perspective, Practical Example & Future Outlook
How are data, digitalization, and flexibilization transforming the energy sector? Together with Detecon Switzerland, the Energy Data Working Group discusses current developments, data-driven energy management, and concrete solutions for companies on their path toward digital transformation.
Digitalization is fundamentally changing the energy sector. Increasing demands for efficiency, transparency, and flexibility require new data-driven approaches as well as closer cooperation between industry, energy supply, research, and technology partners.
As part of the Powertage, the Energy Data Working Group, together with Detecon Switzerland, invites you to an exchange on current developments, concrete practical examples, and future trends in the field of energy data and digitalization.
The event focuses on the major developments of digital transformation in the Swiss energy sector and concrete applications of data-driven energy management. It will demonstrate how companies can make their energy consumption more transparent through intelligent data architectures, visualization, and automated control systems, while simultaneously unlocking potential for increased efficiency and flexibility.
Participants will gain insights into current challenges, strategic developments, and concrete implementation approaches. The program is supplemented by an interactive workshop in the World Café format, which promotes open exchange between experts, energy companies, research, start-ups, and those interested in digitalization.
