Effective January 1, 2026, HAVECO AG and PFIFFNER Systems AG will merge to form HAVECO AG as part of a strategic merger. This move enhances our position as a comprehensive provider of services, system solutions, and products in the energy sector, as well as in electrical and grid technology. Michael Hutter and Stefan Häni will assume their roles as Co-Managing Directors of HAVECO AG starting January 1, 2026.
